1 How to register?

A: You can register yourself to become our member, which is free of charge. Whatever you have filled will be protected properly. We provide relevant service upon you information. After your successful register, you may log in and order our products online immediately.

2 Can I make a change to those styles on this website?

A: Yes you can, Please send email to us ,tell us the item NO,and tell us how to change.We will make sample according to your requirement,and send photo or sample for your comfirmation. Also,we can make any color according to your requirement.

3 How to pay?

A: After we confirm an order,you will be asked to pay some deposit first.and after your order is ready for ship,then you arrange payment for the balance.For small amount less than USD 1000, we accept payment by PayPal; For amount more than USD1000 we accept payment by T/T.You can find our bank information on PAYMENT page.

4 Do your company send free samples?

A: If you already place order,we will send all samples for your confirmation before production according to customers' requirement.
We are afraid we couldn't send free samples for new customers,in case of you really want to check samples first before start business with us.We can send samples to you,but you will be asked to pay some sample fee according to items your required.and it will be returned to you when you place first order.Also,all the courier charge will be on customers account..
We also have another choice for new customers.you can place an trial order of over USD500,we will send some samples you required with your trial order together to you.then we will not charge sample from you.

5 How long dose it take to deliver the goods to our customers?

A: After we confirm an order,we will delivery within 7-25 days according to your items and quantity.We will confirm delivery date with you after you place order.And it will takes around 3-5 days to get your city by air.If you want to ship by sea,we will confirm the shipping time according to your destination country.

6 Can your company offer me a discount?

A: Of course we give you a discount upon your order. The more you order, the more discount you will get. If you need more information about our specific discount policy, please contact our customer service by email.

7 Is the price expressed on your website as US Dollar?

A: Yes, but you can pay by Pounds, Euros with the same value.

8 Is the price expressed on your website FOB price?

A: Yes, If you order more than 5000 USD,we will pay all inland charge.If your order is less than 5000 USD,then we will charge extra 100 USD as inland charge.

9 Do you offer customized making?

A: Yes. You are welcome to send our customer service an email to give the detail of your special requirements.

10 Is there any sum or quantity limit?

A: Since larger order can help you save carriage, the minimum sum of your order is 500 USD. As we know, the less your sum is, the more expensive your freight will be, you are encouraged to place an order of over 500 USD.
